If your skin is dry or sunburned, soothe it with an avocado mask. Mash 1/2 avocado, add 1 T honey and 1 T yogurt. Mix them well. Make two thick cucumber slices. Apply the mask to your face and place the cucumber slices over eyes. Rest for 15 minutes. Rinse well with cool water and gently pat face dry.

Treat your Sinuses
Simmer a pot of chamomile tea. Use a towel to drape over your head and breathe in the steam for 5-8 minutes. Added benefit of steaming your face!
Allergies
Eyes are sensitive to increased pollen counts. You may experience burning and eyelids which can become swollen. To reduce irritation, make cold compresses from chamomile and sage tea bags.
