Reinventing Real Items
If you’re styling your wedding with a vintage feel and looking for cool table ideas, we have an awesome tip for you!
Recently we saw the idea of using items you already own repurposed as table decor. We can’t believe we didn’t think of this ourselves! How awesome.
We’re especially loving the exact example we read about, which is long strands of costume pearls. Place these on the table around a flower arrangement or table number and viola! You have a beautiful and unique and gorgeous set up. Costume jewelry is especially great for this idea.
We love this because it’s fun, easy, inexpensive, and is sure to look great. Additionally, you get to add your own flair to it and have the power to make each table look unique and different. How inventive!
After Wedding Crafting
If you’re reflecting back on your perfect wedding day and wanting to remember it creatively, we have the perfect craft for you!
This one is super easy and only requires two materials. The best part about this is that it’s going to look awesome in your home and be a constant reminder of how amazing your wedding was and all of the love you have surrounding you.
First, you’ll need to pick out one of your favorite wedding photos of you and your spouse (or any wedding photo, really!). Next, you have to get a decorative open window pane. This is the fun part. You can pick (or paint it) a color to accent the picture you’ve chosen, get a rustic one, or any one that strikes your fancy.
Then, you put your wedding photo behind the frame, mount it on your wall, and viola! You have a beauty decoration!

Accumulating Advice: Guestbook Style
Guestbooks are a standard item at any wedding reception, but there are so many fun ways to add a twist to them nowadays.
We recently read one that really struck our fancy. This fun spin isn’t only completely adorable, but is a great way to make your guests feel included in your relationship. Additionally, it’s super useful to the couple!
For this idea, you separate your guest book into several milestones you and your new spouse will experience throughout your marriage. For example, things like: returning home from your honeymoon, the birth of your first child, your first fight as a married couple, your eldest child leaving for college, the birth of your first grandchild, and so on. Have your guests write advice for you for each event! You’ll love reading these snippets (for years to come!) and they’ll actually be useful in the future!

If you’re having a beach wedding, you have to consider using a boat during your reception!
We’ve been spying so many usages of boats during special days, especially at beachy hotel weddings. All of these ideas are totally innovative and even more adorable!
You will definitely convey the nautical feel you’re going for with a boat. After all, what else says water more than one of these sea-savvy transports?!
Well-off them for drinks, the bar, photo shoots – basically anything you can think of!
All aboard, mateys! Or should was say, mates?!
